Ice cream selection below average and there were also rancid almond chips on top. The waffles are also inferior, dry and loveless. I like that, tasty and unusual variations as well as cups and sorts. It was only by coincidence in Kühlungsborn that I saw that Jannys seems to be a kind of chain, which seemed much smaller to me, so I did everything right. Keep it up.

My daughter ordered a sundae, which according to the price list was only available with 4 balls. But she only wanted 3 balls and still paid the full price, although the price per ball is clearly priced. The service was not very customer-oriented ... Too bad! Ice cream is fine and selection according to Janny.

Total unfriendly service, signs could not be read on request, what an ice cream, only one word came. Sprinkles were white, portions were small, and when my daughter asked if she could go to the bathroom, she was ignored by the staff. It had only my wife to come, answer no, there is not here, you should go to the Kurhaus .... And that with more than 16 seats ... Conclusion promising concept and horrible implementation, never again!

Very rude staff. I bought a pina colada mug today. But there was bad pineapple in there. The result was diarrhea! I will never enter this shop again! Worst store ever! Inhuman, rude, incompetent! I can NOT recommend this shop to anyone !!!!!!
